California CASA Association works to enhance and strengthen the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Network in California; supporting the 44 independent CASA programs in their efforts to recruit, train, screen, and supervise community volunteers who advocate on behalf of an abused and/or neglected child in juvenile court.
