About Us

The Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, formed in 1962, is the thread that runs through the fabric of our Jewish community, its organizations and services. We support programs for Jews in need in Palm Beach County, Israel and 60 countries around the world, providing food for the hungry and counseling for the troubled, spearheading rescue and relief efforts for isolated Jews in distressed regions and funding innovative Jewish educational and unity initiatives. We create a sense of community for more than 137,000 Jewish residents from Boynton Beach to Jupiter by creating and supporting programs to further Jewish learning, identity, pride and culture. Every day, we meet the challenge of providing for the needs of our Jewish brethren, wherever they may be, from young children and families to seniors. We work actively and creatively to strengthen our ties to Jews here at home, in Israel and around the world.
