JOIN: Connecting the Street to a Home

JOIN is a 501(c)3 that supports the efforts of homeless people to return to permanent housing. We provides a range of services including street outreach, permanent housing placement and stabilization, and a basic service service center located near NE 82nd Ave. in Portland.
