NAN Lead Navigator & Coach MSW

The Lead Navigator and Coach provides ongoing coaching for employed and contracted Navigators. This lead is a Superuser of all technological applications used in NAN.  The Lead is a content expert and develops content for the care of loved ones and family caregivers facing Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders.  The Lead assists the NAN Navigator Manager with projects and support as required. 

1. Provide ongoing coaching for Navigators, both employed and contracted, according to agreed upon schedule and as needed.
2. Provide ongoing coaching and daily support to the Navigators and NAN Experts as a Superuser of the NAN App, Acuity, and all other programs and applications used in the Navigators and NAN Experts daily workflow.
3. Provide ongoing coaching and daily support to the Navigators as content expert in the care of loved ones and family caregivers facing life with Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders
4. Assist with developing new content as needed for identified needs of family caregivers and loved ones.
5. Assist with ongoing identification and vetting of resources needed for family caregivers.
6. Provide CG support; caseload not to exceed 30.
7. Assist NAN Navigator Manager with projects and support as required.
