SaverLife is a national nonprofit and advocacy organization using technology to improve the financial health of people living on low-to-moderate incomes. SaverLife helps our members build financial health and savings through our fintech product, with a personalized experience that includes financial content, savings rewards and incentives, trusted referrals, and access to a supportive online community. Leveraging our fintech product and research findings, we bring our members' voices and priorities into systems-level conversations to ensure current and emerging products, programs, and policies support their unique financial health journeys.

About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven change maker to join our team as the Manager of Digital Content Marketing.  Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, the Manager of Digital Content Marketing is responsible for developing innovative financial education content and trusted referral partnerships to help our members improve their financial health.  The Digital Content Marketing Manager will lead both the strategy and execution of member-facing content, while also proactively exploring diverse types of partnerships to connect members with the best resources for their unique financial goals and circumstances.  This role tests and iterates new approaches to content campaigns, taking the initiative to apply learnings over time for maximum positive impact on members’ lives.

Who You Are:

  • You are an action oriented, collaborative self-starter with a passion for finding new ways to serve people living on low-to-moderate incomes
  • You have experience in the financial health field - particularly in disseminating effective financial education information, products, programs, and services
  • You have managed cross-functional projects, vendors, contractors and budgets
  • Partnership ideating, sourcing, management, and design is experience you bring.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and creating systems from scratch
  • You are an analytical self-starter with high attention to detail and follow-through
  • You have knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing trends is a plus
  • Experience creating content, affiliate, and/or influencer marketing partnerships is a plus

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Policy, Social Work, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five+ years of experience creating multimedia content creation in personal finance or similar 
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to ideate and craft compelling content
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools and platforms
