Keshet seeks a dynamic and experienced educator to join a phenomenal team. Keshet’s New York Education and Training Manager is responsible for providing Jewish organizations throughout the New York Metropolitan Area with excellent training, workshops, and consultation equipping them to further Keshet’s mission for full LGBTQ equality and belonging in Jewish life.
The New York Education and Training Manager will build on Keshet’s existing work in New York to develop an even more robust presence for Keshet as the go-to LGBTQ resource for all Jewish institutions in the New York Metropolitan area. This staff person will offer excellent trainings, workshops, and consultations, equipping organizations and leaders to further Keshet’s mission for full LGBTQ equality and belonging in Jewish life.
The New York Education & Training Manager reports to the Associate Director of Education and Training and works closely with both local New York-based partners and with Keshet staff across the United States.This is a New York-based position and we will consider candidates located in or prepared to relocate to the New York Metropolitan area.

Compensation:
$58,000-$74,000 annually.
Salary is based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity; generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
