Summary Description
The Subcontractor Fiscal Intermediary Manager (SFIM) is responsible for daily management of fiscal and administrative functions supporting the fiscal intermediary work of Rising Communities. Utilizing hands-on experience and an in-depth understanding of fund accounting principles, local and federal government regulations, auditing and internal control practices, the Subcontractor Fiscal Intermediary Manager will perform complex grants management activities and financial analyses. The incumbent will need to be a team player, adaptable, energetic, and self-directed. The Subcontractor Fiscal Intermediary Manager will report to the Controller, Grants & Contracts and work closely with management team members and external funders.
