Description

If you have demonstrated financial and leadership experience in healthcare and thrive in a mission driven culture, this exciting new position could be for you. 

As Chief Financial Officer you are a key member of the LVF Executive Staff you are primarily responsible for fiscal operations of LVF including reporting, record keeping, and policies & procedures.  You will serve as a member of the Executive and Management Teams, contributing to strategic decision making for the organization. 

What You Offer: 

  • Required Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
  • 15 Years of directly related experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a fiscal management position with supervisory experience
  • Ability to work independently while exercising sound decision-making skills.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Experience with healthcare billing and financial reporting.
  • Experience using accounting software integrated with other platforms.

 

  • Preferred Education & Experience
  • Master’s degree in accounting or related field
  • Experience working in non-profit. 
  • Experience working in a Bucks County Behavioral Health Organization

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Serve as a Member of the LVF Executive Staff
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and application of LVF policies and procedures.
  • Share executive responsibility for assuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, contractual, and quality standards.
  • Share executive responsibility for the overall financial performance and reporting of LVF, and in developing strategic initiatives.
  • Provide executive leadership for all LVF Fiscal matters.
  • Provide oversight for recruitment, hiring, performance, and pay for all fiscal staff.
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely development of LVF Financial Reports.
  • Accountable for assuring compliance with fiscal regulations, accounting principles, contractual obligations, and payer requirements.
  • Assure timely completion of all audits and reports. 
  • Manage the bank accounts, investments, debts, line of credit and cash held by LVF.
  • Assure timely and comprehensive billing and collections for LVF Services and assure timely payment of LVF obligations.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee LVF Fiscal policies and procedures.
  • Development of employee orientation and training as it relates to fiscal matters.
  • Serve as an organizational resource of fiscal information.
  • Serve as an executive representative of LVF in industry, professional, payer, and/or community events.
  • Regularly participate in LVF Executive and Management Staff meetings
