    SafeSpot Children's Advocacy Center, a nonprofit corporation, is a safe, child-friendly location focused on providing specialized services to child victims of abuse and their families in Fairfax County, the largest county in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  There has been a consistent growth in programs and clients served since SafeSpot was founded in 2013.  Partnering with county agencies (law enforcement, child protective services and the prosecutor), SafeSpot facilitates a multi-disciplinary team approach to intervention, investigation, prosecution and treatment of child sexual abuse and severe physical abuse.  All services are provided at no cost to the family.  Funds to support the center and staff of eight are raised from government grants, events, and individual and corporate donations.
