Spectrum Academy
About Us
Spectrum Academy is a Public Charter School specifically addressing the unique needs of students K-8 with language, sensory, behavioral academic and social skill deficits. A majority of the students attending Spectrum Academy are working on behaviors associated with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and Asperger's Syndrome.
In fact, 125 of our 150 students need these specialized services and have an established IEP (Individual Educational Plan). The IEP combined with smaller class sizes are trained support staff helps teachers address these issues associated with ASD, and Asperger's Syndrome.
