Description
Our foster outbound coordinator is one of our most important roles! You would be handling the search for fosters, using our various platforms, emails, social media, and other avenues when save new animals. The ideal candidate would like to experiment and try different avenues in the search for foster and be a go-getter who likes to work fast. No experience required, just a passion for animals and an interest in doing regular outreach!
The role would include:
-Searching for fosters via emails, social medias, platforms, and trying to find new platforms to also post to.
-Brainstorming new ways to find fosters (Lex, Reddit have been alternate platform successes!)
-Possibly interviewing foster applicants with someone else from our team
-Sending our fosters the foster contract (a pre-filled template)
After 6 months commitment, this role also gets to help select which animals we pull and save from our various partners!
