Description
The Caitlin O'Hara Community Health Clinic opened in August, 2023 and since then we have seen over 5,000 patients. We provide outpatient services with a focus on maternal child health and mental health.
We are looking for a motivated professional with experience in policy writing in the healthcare space to support the clinic director to review and improve our current organizational policies. This opportunity will require 5-10 hours per week, starting immediately through till the end of April, 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Review current organizational policies against national and international guidelines to ensure they align.
- Format and proof-read current draft policies.
- Research and reference each policy to ensure it is up to date and supported by the most recent and robust evidence-base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences or other related degree.
- Strong English writing and comprehension skills.
- Experience with policy writing in the healthcare space.
