The Role:

As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Development Officer, you will play a key role in bolstering our fundraising and development initiatives. Your role involves working closely with various teams to enhance donor relations, streamline fundraising processes, and help implement strategic development plans. Your efforts are vital in broadening our reach and enhancing our impact.

Responsibilities:

Assist in crafting and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies.

Manage and coordinate donor communications; oversee the donor database.

Aid in organizing and executing fundraising events and campaigns.

Conduct thorough research to identify potential donors and explore funding opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling promotional materials for fundraising efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Relevant experience in fundraising, marketing, or related fields.

Experience in Educational and/or Children Non-profit sector is must

Experience in the U.S is must

Proficiency in database management and MS Office Suite.

Independent working capability, alongside effective teamwork skills.

A deep passion for non-profit work and alignment with Solution Foundation’s mission and vision.
