Job Description: Supports and executes social media strategies to enhance our organization's online presence, engage with our target audience, and promote our brand and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring regular and consistent posting across platforms.
- Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content to communicate the organization's mission, values, and impact.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, is optimized for each platform, and resonates with the target audience.
- Utilize management tools to schedule posts, track performance, and monitor analytics.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, new features, and emerging trends to optimize content and engagement strategies.
- Monitor and engage with the online community in a timely and professional manner, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful conversations.
- Develop strategies to grow the organization's social media audience, increase followers, and drive engagement.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, best practices, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the music industry and current trends
- Proficiency in content creation and copywriting for social media.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to coordinate content creation and publishing by multiple team members
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging and innovative content ideas that align with the organization’s messaging and branding.
- Strong analytical skills to track and interpret social media performance metrics.
