Description

Hospice Volunteer - Visit those in need

SouthernCare Hospice provides comprehensive end-of-life care to patients living at home and in nursing facilities, as well as their families and loved ones. Volunteers are an integral part of this care, providing companionship and respite for families in need.


Our office is in Wintersville and we serve patients in Jefferson, Columbiana, Harrison, Carroll, and Belmont counties. You can help bring peace and comfort to people who are reaching the end of their lives. You can do this by:


Providing companionship, running errands, providing respite for caregivers, and honoring veterans.


Training is provided and all associated costs (background check, TB test, drug screening) are covered by SouthernCare Hospice.


Must be at least 18 years old with own transportation.
