Position Summary
The SAG-AFTRA Foundation is seeking a compassionate, highly organized, and mission-driven Social Services Case Manager to support its Emergency Financial Assistance Programs. Reporting to the Director of Assistance, this role provides both case management and administrative services to help SAG-AFTRA members, including individuals, couples, and families, navigate challenges related to financial hardship, health issues, housing insecurity, and more. This position plays a vital role in connecting members with both internal Foundation support and external community resources.

The SAG-AFTRA Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting SAG-AFTRA professionals through vital financial assistance and free educational programming. It also serves the public through its award-winning children’s literacy initiative, Storyline Online®. The Foundation is funded entirely through contributions from individuals, foundations, and sponsors, allowing it to offer its programs at no cost to SAG-AFTRA members or the public.
