TITLE: Coordinator of Communications and Events
REPORTS TO: Executive Director, SSJ Welcome Center
FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Full Time, Exempt
SUMMARY: Manages communications across media platforms; oversees the planning, execution, and promotion of events
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

EDUCATION: BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, English, Event Management, a related field, or comparable experience

Medical IBX High Deductible Health Plan – Convent pays full deductible for employee/family and full premium for employee; Convent pays 50% of dependent premium; administered through the Archdiocese of Philadelphia
Short Term Disability Convent pays full premium for employee; administered by Equitable Insurance Co.
Life Insurance Convent pays premium for one times salary, up to $50,000; administered by Equitable Insurance Co,
Additional options, as listed below, are administered by Equitable Life Insurance and are available to all full-time employees through payroll deduction.
