Frontline Women's Fund

Frontline Women's Fund (formerly known as Donor Direct Action) raises funds and visibility for front-line activists - mostly in developing countries - to combat the oppression women face around the world. 

Partnering with 15 women's rights organizations in 13 countries, the Frontline Women's Fund (or FWF) helps strengthen their access to funds, advocacy, and visibility. As activists and donors ourselves, we know the importance of minimum bureaucracy and maximum power and flexibility on the ground.

Gloria Steinem is one of the founders of the Frontline Women's Fund and co-chairs it along with Navi Pillay. Frontline Women's Fund is a project of the Sisterhood is Global Institute.
