FAFCC advances Florida’s healthcare safety net by empowering organizations that increase access to care for the underserved.

The Florida Association of Free and Charitable Clinics is the collective voice for more than 100 free and charitable clinics across all 67 Florida counties. Our members provide high-quality health care to low-income, uninsured, and underinsured Floridians who would otherwise go without it, at no cost to the patient at all.

We do this work through grant administration, advocacy, education, and the kind of practical, on-the-ground support that keeps small clinics running. Since 2014, we've moved more than $97 million in state grant funding to our members, and every dollar the state invests in our clinics returns $19.36 in care back to Florida communities. That's not an abstraction to us. It's the reason the work matters.

FAFCC itself is small and fully remote, which means the people on our team don't sit behind layers of process. Everyone owns real work and sees the impact of it, whether that's a clinic getting funded on time, a member getting the resource they needed, or a report that keeps a grant relationship strong for another year.
