The Texas Medical-Legal Partnership Coalition improves the health of all Texans by supporting and promoting integration between legal and health professionals.

The Texas Medical-Legal Partnership Coalition is a statewide network of medical-legal partnership practitioners and allied professionals working at the intersection of healthcare, law, and public health. We support the development, growth, and sustainability of medical-legal partnerships that address health-harming legal needs such as unsafe housing, barriers to education and employment, and lack of access to coverage and benefits.

Our Coalition brings together members to share best practices, exchange resources, and strengthen the field of medical-legal partnership in Texas. We also provide technical assistance to organizations seeking to establish or improve an MLP, advocate for health-affirming laws and policies, and promote model fidelity through common standards and shared learning.
