What Volunteers Receive
Location
Dallas County, Texas
Neighborhood outreach will primarily take place in South Dallas, Oak Cliff, and surrounding communities.
Please note that canvassing involves significant walking. Volunteers may walk through neighborhoods, apartment complexes, and community spaces while speaking with residents and distributing information. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes, bringing water, and dressing for the weather.
If walking long distances may be difficult for you, we still welcome your help. Volunteers who prefer to participate from home or in a seated setting can support our phone-banking outreach instead. Phone banking plays an important role in sharing voter information with community members.
If you would prefer phone banking instead of canvassing, please contact us, and we will help you sign up for the next available shift.
