    Description

    Location: Dallas, TX (in-office only)

$18–$22 per hour, depending on experience and language skills.

We also offer monthly appreciation bonuses as a way to recognize team members who go above and beyond in helping families get covered.

    Languages Needed: Spanish-English bilingual

At A+ Insurance Designers, we believe that affordable health care is a basic right — not a privilege. Every day, we help individuals and families understand their options under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and enroll in quality health plans, many of which cost $0/month.

We’re looking for a bilingual Community Outreach Coordinator who’s passionate about helping others — especially within immigrant and low-income communities. This is not a sales job in the traditional sense — it’s about trust, education, and impact.

    Your Role

Reaching out to nonprofits, clinics, churches, and community organizations across the DFW area

Building referral relationships with groups that serve uninsured or low-income families

Conducting Zoom calls and follow-ups with national partners to support outreach in other states

Responding to interest from families and helping connect them with our licensed agents

Tracking conversations and organizing outreach efforts using simple CRM tools

    Why This Work Matters

Millions of Americans still go without coverage — not because they don’t qualify, but because no one ever explained their options clearly. Many of the families we help qualify for free or low-cost plans but simply don’t know it.

You’ll be the person who changes that.

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
    • Strong communication skills and a heart for helping others
    • Conducting in person meetings with community organization
    • Comfortable speaking on the phone and using a computer
    • Previous experience in outreach, nonprofit work, or customer service is a plus — but we will train the right person

    Why Join Us?

    • Make a meaningful impact every day
    • Work with a team that values diversity, community, and compassion
    • Earn bonuses based on the number of people you help
    • Be part of a growing agency with nearly a decade of service to the community

In-office only – will spend some time meeting in person with organizations

We welcome applicants from nonprofit, education, and community service backgrounds.
