    Who We Are Looking For

    The Salesforce Support Specialist plays a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience—from onboarding to ongoing support. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to customers, providing responsive support, clear training, and thoughtful solutions that promote satisfaction, retention, and growth.

    This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, excels in technical problem-solving, and brings a strong understanding of Salesforce administration best practices.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Customer Support - Act as the main point of contact for client questions and technical issues. Troubleshoot tickets and deliver accurate, timely responses.
    • Onboarding - Guide new customers through setup, timelines, and configuration tailored to their needs and goals.
    • Training & Resources- Lead product trainings and create user-friendly resources (guides, videos, FAQs) to support adoption and ease of use.
    • Retention & Expansion - Partner with Customer Success to flag at-risk accounts and support churn mitigation plans. Identify opportunities to grow accounts through product engagement insights.
    • Team Collaboration - Work cross-functionally to improve onboarding programs and reach shared team goals. Suggest improvements based on client feedback and support trends.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS
    • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience
    • Salesforce certifications required (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Admin, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant)
    • Comfortable working remotely and on-camera with clients
    • Strong communication and documentation skills
    • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities with ease

    Salesforce Technical Skills:

    • Custom object and field creation
    • Flow design and implementation
    • SOQL query writing
    • User permission management
    • Email templates, alerts, and list views
    • Report and dashboard building
    • Data import/export and Translation Workbench use

    Qualities of a Successful Candidate

    • Content or training video creation
    • CMS experience (Wix, WordPress, etc.)
    • Working knowledge of HTML, SOQL, or similar languages
    • Passion for teaching and turning challenges into wins

    Pay Structure & Benefits

    • Salary range: $50,000-$55,000
