    Instructions:

The cover letter does not need to be a full thesis on your experience - nothing too complicated. We are looking for someone that I could trust with the students we support. We are looking for someone that is creative and truly cares for the wellbeing of children. We want to hear about your experience with kids and some of your philosophy around engagement for 2-5 years olds as well as how you approach 'discipline'.
