    iMission Institute is seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive to join our team and significantly expand our impact within the nonprofit sector. If you're passionate about empowering nonprofits through technology and marketing, and you excel at building strong relationships, we want to hear from you!

    In this remote, part-time role with flexible hours, you'll work with our leadership team to drive growth by directly engaging with nonprofits and cultivating relationships with iMission's partners.

    What You'll Do:

    • Drive Nonprofit Client Growth: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the nonprofit sector, helping organizations leverage technology and marketing to achieve their missions.
    • Build Strong Relationships: Develop and nurture direct relationships with nonprofit leaders and decision-makers, understanding their unique challenges and positioning iMission's solutions effectively.
    • Collaborate with Partners: Work closely with iMission's partners to expand our reach and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
    • Team with Experts: Partner with our solutions architects to craft tailored proposals and ensure proposed solutions precisely meet each client's specific needs.

    What You'll Bring:

    • Education: A 4-year degree in a relevant field.
    • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in selling nonprofit technology platforms or nonprofit marketing services.
    • Sales Acumen: A strong track record of success in solution-oriented sales, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
    • Team Player: Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, particularly solutions architects.
    • Client-Centric Approach: A genuine desire to understand and address the unique needs of nonprofit organizations.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Salesforce Ecosystem Experience: Business development experience within the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud ecosystem is a significant plus.
