Why? Because Baltimore is full of hidden hobby groups, and many people don’t know about them! The Local Charm Community Expo is a fun and interactive way to discover these groups and meet others who share your interests.

It’s not just booths and fliers — you’ll get to see and try things yourself!

You’ll meet and talk with people from all kinds of hobby groups. Discover what’s for you with props, activities, and hands-on experiences from groups all around the Charm City area. Whether it’s music, games, arts, sports, theater — you’ll find something fun to do.

    RSVP at https://lu.ma/3066qwlj

Meet people from all sorts of groups.

Each group will have props, photos/videos, and activities, showing you exactly what they do. There’s also a stage where you can watch or participate in group activities. It’s like browsing a live-action community bulletin board, but way better.

Ever wanted to try something new or try a group? Looking to try something new and connect with people?

Baltimore has a ton of hobby groups you may not know about! Want to try learning how to juggle? Curious about how improv groups work? Need a new hobby that involves crafting or playing board games? You’ll find all that and more when you visit this community group open house!

By the end of the event, you’ll have a bunch of ideas for groups you could join. You’ll fill your summer calendar with upcoming events, sign up to their mailing lists, and maybe even exchange contact info with new friends!

How to make friends as an adult?

Step one: go to where people are, so you can meet them!

Whether you want to join a group or just see what’s available, it’s a great way to discover your next interest and discover something fun!

And best of all, this event is free to attend.
