The Partnership for Male Youth (PMY) is seeking motivated, socially conscious volunteers and interns to help produce a series of short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. These videos will explore critical issues affecting the health and wellbeing of young men,

This opportunity is ideal for students, early-career professionals, or advocates with a passion for health equity and a strong understanding of digital media.

Qualifications

We’re looking for people who:

• • Have personal experience with, or a close understanding of, young male health, specifically as it relates to young males (ages 10–25)
  • Are comfortable being interviewed and recorded regularly while discussing complex, personal, or sensitive issues
  • Know how to create engaging, authentic content that aligns with social media trends

About PMY

The Partnership for Male Youth is dedicated to improving health outcomes for adolescent and young adult males. Despite being at higher risk for a range of physical and mental health conditions, young males are often left behind by our healthcare systems after they age out of pediatric care.

PMY exists to close these gaps — by raising awareness, shaping policy, and amplifying the voices of young males. We collaborate with young people, health experts, and community partners to build a future where all young males are seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
