Overview of Department
This role reports to the Communications Manager
Project Summary
Reporting to the Communications Manager and working closely with the Director of Communications, as well as program and fundraising staff across the organization, this internship will partner with our production vendor in creating digital content that highlights ACLS programs and initiatives and the benefits of institutional membership. This intern will also create content by editing existing content, graphics, and still images into compelling reels and other digital packages highlighting fellowship and grant competition opportunities and benefits for awardees.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the creative side of ACLS communications strategy and outreach. This intern will gain valuable skills and experience in promotional writing, video production, project management, brand-driven content development, social media strategy, search engine optimization research and strategy, and presentation for lay audiences, as well as develop their own portfolio of work to use for future opportunities.
This is a remote role that requires 20-25 hours/week with flexible work hours.
