    The Opportunity

    Audubon Canyon Ranch (ACR), a North Bay conservation organization, is seeking to hire a Facilities & Land Stewardship Specialist. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and generous paid time off. This is a travelling position with work taking place at our preserves in Sonoma and Marin counties. Work truck provided.

    Purpose

    The Facilities & Land Stewardship Specialist provides maintenance and repair of facilities, infrastructure, roads, trails, tools, and equipment central to our mission, working alone and with employees, volunteers, contractors, and others.

    Audubon Canyon Ranch is going through an exciting phase, having recently adopted a 5-year strategic plan, new board members, and new employees. The Facilities & Land Stewardship Specialist will provide essential support to our organization.

    Benefits

    This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and generous paid time off. Starting pay between $33 and $35 per hour with a standard work week of 37.5 hours. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave, with 85% of medical and dental premiums covered for employees and dependents.
