    Description

    THE ROLE

    The Course Success Manager will drive scholar success by collaborating with members from the organization’s Consortium of Colleges and Universities to deliver college credit-bearing courses in underserved high schools nationwide. This position is responsible for leading impact reporting, managing logistical coordination, and maintaining partnerships. Though the role and responsibilities will shift to meet the needs of our growing organization, your skills and expertise will be leveraged to:

    • Manage a diverse portfolio of college courses, fostering strong relationships with college and university partners to optimize course outcomes and explore course expansion.
    • Conduct regular meetings with faculty and teaching fellows to assess course implementation, adjust strategies, and monitor student engagement and outcomes.
    • Develop and refine support for teaching fellows, including conducting training sessions, developing resources, observing synchronous sessions and providing feedback to enhance their instructional and leadership skills, sharing best practices, and fostering a collaborative community among teaching fellows.
    • Collaborate with the School Success team to to support high school partners, addressing inquiries and feedback from students and teachers regarding schedule changes and assignment extensions.
    • Work closely with the School Success, Academics, University Partnerships & College Access, and Data and Research teams to understand stakeholders' experiences and facilitate debrief sessions with university partners.

    THE QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience required
    • Experience in teaching, education program management, or course coordination; experience with Salesforce or Canvas preferred; other relevant professional backgrounds providing insight into challenges and opportunities for high schools and college and university partners considered
    • Understanding and interest in dual-enrollment, early college, and college access
    • Strong commitment to advancing equitable educational outcomes
    • Collaborative yet competitive, driven by achieving ambitious goals within a team
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and deriving actionable insights
    • Excellent organizational skills, adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
    • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

    THE SALARY

    The Course Success Manager role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package is also available.

    THE TEAM

    The Course Success Manager will join a fast-paced team who are committed to providing opportunities for students who have historically and systemically been left out of opportunities. This position will report to the Senior Director, Course Success. Our organization is 100% remote with the opportunity to travel. Applicants do not need to live in the state of New York.
