    Open Paths Counseling Center is a vibrant, growing social justice-minded community mental health

    center that provides high quality, trauma-informed, culturally-affirmative mental health care to financially disadvantaged Angelenos, centering those with historically marginalized identities. We are also a highly regarded clinical training agency, where the next generation of diverse, compassionate, trauma-informed therapists will carry our decolonizing lens with them into their careers for decades to come.

    Open Paths is seeking a highly organized, self-directed, team-oriented, tech-savvy part-time office

    manager. This person will have basic human resources knowledge, be fluent in quickbooks online, and

    have experience with end to end payroll processes. They will care deeply about the communities we

    serve, have strong communication skills, an open and inclusive mind-set and be excited to provide

    integral administrative functions that support our mission.

    Job Summary: The Office Manager will be an integral part of the team, by ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for general human resources functions, including payroll functions and employee records management, as well as processing payables and receivables, invoicing, other core administrative duties.
