    About the Role

    We’re seeking part-time and full-time clinical supervisors for our student practicum program and associates. In this role, you’ll mentor and guide graduate-level student interns and associates placed at local schools, helping shape the next generation of culturally competent, community-based mental health professionals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide weekly supervision (individual and/or group) to interns pursuing a MSW or related degree
    • Guide interns and associates in case conceptualization, treatment planning, and best practices for working with youth
    • Support the growth of mental health services in community K-8 schools for both students and parents
    • Offer reflective, strengths-based feedback that supports intern development and emotional growth
    • Coordinate with Entitled Futures team and school staff to ensure continuity of care and program alignment

    Qualifications

    • Masters of Psychology or related degree
    • Current California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC preferred but not required
    • BBS-approved supervisor status preferred but not required
    • Two to three years of experience supervising or mentoring graduate-level interns or associates
    • Strong background in school-based or youth-focused mental health preferred
    • A deep commitment to mental health equity, emotional intelligence, and family-centered support
    • Ability to speak Spanish is preferred but not required

    Compensation

    Hourly compensation based on experience and caseload (approx. 5–20 hours/week, flexible schedule).
