ABOUT COLORADO CIVIC ENGAGEMENT ROUNDTABLE (CCER)
As an organization working to build a movement of civic engagement in Colorado, CCER’s mission is to act as a national model for grassroots civic engagement where every individual has what they need to thrive and actively participate in our democracy. CCER’s vision is to create a culture of collaboration by increasing the capacity of Network Partners to advance a movement grounded in equity, power building and social justice.
THE OPPORTUNITY
CCER seeks a passionate, collaborative, and innovative professional Director of Data and Strategy that will join the organization during an exciting time of transformation. This person will provide data-driven recommendations to inform collective planning, targeting, and opportunities to strengthen data integrity for a table of 501C3 Network Partners. They will be part of a team that works to advance civic participation of targeted populations in our democracy.
This person will operate with a sophisticated racial equity analysis lens and commitment to lifting up the voices of overlooked communities. Because our target communities and colleagues come from a wide range of backgrounds, applicants need to be able to thoughtfully navigate issues related to diversity, race, equity, and inclusion, and bring a deep dedication to advancing these values. They will also need to bring a strong commitment to excellence and true collaboration, an ability to work independently, and an appreciation for patience. Additionally, this position has work situations that involve having a high degree of discretion.
