    Reports to: CERI Guatemala Program Manager, Deputy National Director, and National Director, under the supervision of the Vice President of Operations at CERI Headquarters

    Classification: Contract / Full-Time

    Supervises: Deputy National Director and National Director of Guatemala

    Academic Requirements

    • Specialist in data analysis, monitoring and evaluation, and management of data entry platforms.

    Position Summary

    The Data Analytics Specialist at CERI Guatemala is responsible for administering, managing, and entering all data related to programs executed in the country. This includes ensuring timely data entry and compliance with the Sales force platform schedule, which standardizes processes and tracks monthly progress at the individual, national, and community levels.

    A key aspect of this role is comprehensive data management, including monthly data entry from case management and program activities into the Salesforce system. The specialist is also responsible for maintaining data quality, generating reports, and contributing to the visibility and community engagement of CERI Guatemala by managing its brand and social media presence.

    This position requires strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, as well as fluency in English and Spanish. Full-time availability is required.

    Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables

    The program focuses on addressing clients' basic needs to promote sustainable growth and long-term positive impact. Responsibilities include:

    1. Collaborate with case managers to collect sponsorship-related materials (letters, photos, translations, etc.).
    2. Secure and complete the annual collection of photos and upload them to Salesforce.
    3. Perform data entry in the CERI operations system by inputting monthly case management and activity data into Salesforce.
    4. Ensure timely and accurate data captures in the Salesforce platform.
    5. Enter monthly individual and family report data.
    6. Monitor dashboards and reports daily to ensure data quality and timeliness.

    Other Responsibilities

    1. Adhere to all agency policies, procedures, and the code of ethics.
    2. Maintain clear and consistent communication with supervisors.
    3. Participate in training, meetings, and support groups.
    4. Be available for on-call program duties.
    5. Prepare and maintain assigned reports accurately.
    6. Support program planning, treatment coordination, and discharge processes.
    7. Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, churches, volunteers, and community resources.
    8. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

    Qualifications

    • Academic degree in data analysis, monitoring, and evaluation.
    • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills.
    • Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Internet, and platforms such as Salesforce).
    • Experience in data management and reporting.
    • Understanding of child protection issues in the Guatemalan context.
    • Effective team management and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and abilities to build beneficial networks.
    • Flexibility to work varied hours and respond to urgent needs.
    • Clean background checks (criminal, police, and RENAS).
    • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written communication skills.
    • Strong alignment with the mission, philosophy, and goals of the organization.

    Trial Period: The trial period will last for 90 days from the date of hire.

    Monthly Salary: The employee will receive a monthly salary of $1,000 (one thousand U.S. dollars).
