    Description

    The Vermont Foodbank seeks a self-motivated, energetic Director-Food Resources. This full-time, salaried (exempt) position based out of the Barre office reports to the Chief Operations Officer. The primary components of this position include ensuring a steady flow of food through donations, direct purchase, and grants to the Foodbank from local, regional, and national entities by developing and cultivating relationships, including but not limited to retailers, processors, manufacturers, retailers, institutions (schools, hospitals, etc.), producers, State & Local government, and foundations. The position is responsible for overseeing the Foodbank’s food rescue program and the scheduling and management of product deliveries organization wide.
