Our programs include grassroots organizing, leadership development, and training, nonpartisan civic engagement, and policy change campaigns. We are most active in Colorado, Georgia, and Wisconsin, but also have national impact.

Position Summary: Working directly with the Vice President of Development, the Development Coordinator will help implement the organizational development plan and identify, secure, and grow individual and institutional funder/donor relationships for 9to5 and 9to5 Action Fund.
This position is responsible for growing and diversifying revenue through donor engagement, grant acquisition,database management, special events, and partnerships. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a passion for nonprofit work and a track record of successful fundraising.

Details: This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with a salary of $65,505.88, with generous family health insurance, employer retirement contribution, life insurance, and paid time off benefits including sick time, vacation time, personal time, and 10 paid holidays annually.
This is a hybrid position with travel required.
