You will join a collaborative and high-energy department helping to power Gemma’s mission.

Gemma Services is a multi-program nonprofit organization that accompanies more than 3,000 youth and families each year through behavioral health, child welfare, prevention, and special education programs. The Associate will have a basic knowledge of nonprofit operations and fundraising, or a willingness to learn, and be highly committed to advancing the mission and goals of the organization.

In this role, your focus will be assisting with:

Additionally, the Development Associate will have visual and auditory skills, ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift items weighing 30 lbs. or less; valid driver’s license and vehicle.

The position is hybrid; 4 days in-office in Plymouth Meeting, 1 day remote with ability to commute to other Gemma locations and for work-related events in Philadelphia-region. Ability to work evenings and weekends for fundraising and volunteer events as needed.

Benefits include: 3 health insurance plans, 2 dental plans, educational assistance, a retirement plan with a match, fully paid life, short and long-term disability, generous PTO, personal holidays, and self-care activities for our employees.

Join our collaborative team and help Gemma create a world where every person knows they matter.
