This role is a unique opportunity to be a part of an innovative and mission-driven organization that is expanding nationally to support teen parents, student parents, and their families. Based in Dallas, you’ll play a critical role in advancing our direct services and systems change work, ensuring life-changing impact for young families across the region.

You’ll contribute to building sustainable revenue streams that support a $9 million budget and drive our goal of raising $16 million annually by 2029. As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, you’ll have a seat at the table to shape Generation Hope’s future while enhancing development systems and practices.
