    About the Role

    As the Senior Data Insights Analyst, Program Performance, you will lead the development of data systems, processes, and dashboards that deliver real-time insights into the impact of our training and residency programs. You’ll integrate program data with Salesforce, streamline collection processes, and generate insights that empower program teams, leadership, employer partners, and funders to make informed decisions.

    This role requires expertise in data visualization, research design, and analytics. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with strong execution skills, capable of translating complex data into meaningful insights that inform program strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    Program Data Collection, Analysis + Insights (30%)

    • Design, refine, and implement surveys (intern and resident experience, employer feedback, wellness check-ins, program engagement, etc.).
    • Conduct quantitative analysis (trend analysis, correlations, predictive modeling) on key program success factors and intern development.
    • Conduct qualitative research (focus groups, interviews, sentiment analysis) to capture program experience insights.
    • Analyze intern/resident progress, speed to hire, certifications, and engagement to surface trends and recommend improvements.
    • Ensure data measures align with workforce needs and impact outcomes.

    Data Visualization + Storytelling (30%)

    • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to share insights.
    • Use storytelling techniques to transform data into clear narratives.
    • Ensure insights are accessible and understandable for non-technical audiences.

    Data Systems + Integration (25%)

    • Build program data systems that integrate with Salesforce.
    • Develop real-time dashboards for metrics like persistence, certifications, wellness, and engagement.
    • Collaborate with CTO to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

    Project Management + Execution (15%)

    • Lead data projects from idea to implementation.
    • Ensure cross-functional coordination and tool adoption.
    • Maintain data accuracy, security, and governance.

    Who Will Thrive in This Role / What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
    • Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, or related field preferred.
    • 5–7 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or impact evaluation.
    • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau/Power BI, SQL, and survey tools.
    • Strong skills in predictive modeling, benchmarking, and storytelling with data.
    • Experience presenting insights to program teams, funders, and partners.
