    The Conflict Resolution Center of Montgomery County (CRCMC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people manage and resolve conflict peacefully. We provide free and low-cost mediation, conflict coaching, and restorative practices to youth, families, individuals, and community partners across Montgomery County.

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a highly organized, empathetic, and bilingual (English/Spanish required) professional to join our team as the Bilingual Intake and Office Manager. This role combines administrative leadership with direct client service, overseeing the daily operations of the office while coordinating mediation services and managing our client database.

    Key Responsibilities

    Office and Staff Management

    • Supervise and support administrative staff and office interns.
    • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and a welcoming environment.
    • Manage supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.

    Intake and Client Services

    • Conduct intakes with potential clients in English and Spanish, assessing cases for mediation.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking conflict resolution services.
    • Maintain client confidentiality and support a trauma-informed intake process.

    Administrative & Data Management

    • Oversee and maintain the Insightly CRM database, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
    • Generate reports to support grant reporting and internal program tracking.
    • Support scheduling, internal documentation, and coordination with volunteers and mediators.

    Qualifications

    • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
    • At least 3 years of experience in administrative, office management, or nonprofit operations roles.
    • Experience supervising or coordinating staff or volunteers.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency with database systems (Insightly experience a plus).
    • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and community-focused service delivery.
