    Looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of English language learners in our community? Join the team at the English Empowerment Center, a nationally recognized nonprofit dedicated to empowering adult English language learners through literacy.

    We are seeking a full-time Volunteer Coordinator (40 hours/week) to support our Volunteer Manager and an incredible team of over 500 volunteers. This vital role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, training, and engaging volunteers. The right candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and two years of experience in volunteer coordination. Strong personal, organizational, and communications skills are a must. Necessary computer skills include Microsoft Office with database experience (VolunteerLocal preferred).

    Salary based on experience with a range of $45,000 to $46,000. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, retirement plan with employer match, and a flexible work schedule with 2 days remote.
