Autistic Self Advocacy Network–a national disability rights advocacy nonprofit run by autistic people– is currently seeking a part-time executive assistant to support our Executive Director, Deputy Director, and management team. The job is a 20 hour per week position paying $35,000 annually, with comprehensive health insurance and other benefits including a retirement plan, dental insurance, commuter benefits for office-based workers, four day work week, and up to 5 weeks of paid time off per year. Fully remote applicants will be considered, but preference may be given to applicants who could be available in-office one day per week.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. This person should have experience performing administrative duties, and providing support to organizational leaders. They should be comfortable tracking and prioritizing large volumes of incoming information, and able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
