    4. Collaborate with the Development team to manage donor and fundraiser data in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting stewardship efforts through thoughtful outreach and follow-up.
    5. Lead the development and management of scalable community fundraising programs, including toolkits, outreach plans, and engagement strategies.
    6. Coordinate with the Senior Manager, Special Events & Fundraising, Events & Fundraising Coordinator and Development team to identify emerging volunteer leaders and fundraising trends.
    7. Other related duties as required.

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or public relations) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 2-4 years of professional experience in fundraising, development, or community engagement, ideally in a nonprofit setting.
    • Demonstrated success in peer-to-peer fundraising or donor stewardship.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire volunteers and donors.
    • Ability to work well both independently (as this is a remote role) and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Proficiency with donor management or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT) is a plus.
    • Experience with online fundraising platforms such as GoFundMe or Classy is a plus.
    • Passion for CurePSP’s mission and a genuine interest in working in the nonprofit sector, particularly in fundraising and community engagement.
