This position is either envisioned for a more senior person (6+ years of permit policy experience) or for a less experienced person (e.g., 3 years of permit policy experience) who is deeply interested in permitting reform and is an exceptional learner on this highly technical subject. The key responsibilities below are written for the more senior role, and candidates with less significant experience should know that these are the strengths they are expected to build quickly.
