    About the Role

    The Program Director – CBAS plays a critical leadership role in delivering high-quality Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) services. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for the overall development, implementation, coordination, and management of the program, with a strong emphasis on participant-centered care, regulatory compliance, and inspiring servant leadership.

    What You’ll Do

    Program & People Leadership

    • Direct all aspects of the CBAS program: nursing, therapy, social services, activities, nutrition, transportation, and billing
    • Lead a multidisciplinary team with empathy and a “lead-by-example” mindset
    • Supervise staff, contractors, and volunteers while fostering a culture of support and accountability
    • Coordinate and approve participant care plans (IPCs) and maintain accurate health records

    Compliance & Quality Oversight

    • Ensure ongoing compliance with state and federal ADHC/CBAS regulations
    • Maintain census levels and oversee program financials to meet operational goals
    • Submit required reports to licensing and regulatory agencies
    • Manage partnerships with health plans and vendors to ensure credentialing and compliance

    Who You Are

    What You Bring

    • Master’s degree in rehabilitation, social science, or a related field (required)
    • LCSW or equivalent licensure (highly desirable)
    • 5+ years of leadership experience in senior services or a related setting
    • Strong knowledge of CBAS/ADHC regulations and program budgeting
    • CPR/First Aid certification (within 6 months of hire), TB clearance, and background check required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
