You’ll be part of a small, hands-on international team and play a key role in creating content, responding to inquiries, updating our website and social media, and supporting communication volunteers. If you're creative, proactive, and excited about living in nature, this might be for you.

    • Use RD Station to manage contacts and track communication
    • Apply SEO basics to improve online visibility

    Support Communication Volunteers

    • Help assign tasks and check their progress
    • Assist with onboarding and integration into the team

    What We’re Looking For

    • Fluency in English and Portuguese
    • Solid writing and communication skills
    • Physically able to move around the farm to film and photograph projects
    • Interest in sustainability, permaculture, and intentional living
    • Organized, responsible, and collaborative
