ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Northeast Recruitment Manager, you have a highly dynamic role and serve as a key member of the Recruitment Team – the team that is the face of Global Glimpse to our most important stakeholders, our students. You hold relationships with our students, families, educators, partner schools, and organizations in the Northeast, specifically New York City, Western Massachusetts, and the surrounding areas. In addition to growing your regional portfolio and hitting student recruitment and revenue goals, you also work to hit organization demographic targets and maintain high-quality programming. Reporting to the Director of Recruitment, you will sit on the programs team and the Recruitment subteam.

Global Glimpse provides travel, leadership, and global learning opportunities to high school students from diverse backgrounds. Our programs develop empathy, agency, and global perspective, empowering a new generation of young leaders with the skills they need to succeed in college and careers and drive change in their communities.
We bring high school students from different racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and geographic backgrounds together through shared experience. Since 2008 we have served over 9,000 students and 700 educators across 100 US high schools and provided over $24M in scholarships.
