Description
This fellow serves in all capacities in the day to day life at Thomas the Apostle Center. Around 32 hr/week
Daily service may include:
- Preparing the retreat space for guests,
- Meal planning and food preparation,
- Gardening and grounds keeping,
- and helping with the scheduling of special events, classes and workshops in the Art Studio, Library or Chapel.
At Wyoming Service Corps, there are additional responsibilities to the volunteer site placements:
- Live in intentional community with other corps members
- Participate in worship (this could include compline, pilgrimages, devotions, and spiritual reflection)
- Engage in formation, typically on Fridays, for personal, professional, and spiritual development

Benefits
Fellows receive:
- $250 monthly personal stipend,
- $900 collective food monies,
- $400 collective transportation monies,
- and a $250 completion award.
During the WSC year, Corps members in Wyoming receive:
- Health insurance,
- Mental health therapy,
- Art therapy,
- Spiritual direction,
- and housing at the Wyoming Episcopal Diocese Retreat Center, Thomas the Apostle Center.
Fellows receive:
- $250 monthly personal stipend,
- $900 collective food monies,
- $400 collective transportation monies,

We accept applications on a rolling basis until spots are filled.
We are a member of Episcopal Service Corps and utilize their common application. You can choose to apply to just our program, or apply to up to 4 programs with just one applications!
