    💰 Salary Range: $105,000–$120,000

    Mill River Park Collaborative seeks a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Finance and Operations to oversee financial management, operations, and HR functions. This senior leadership role is ideal for a hands-on, collaborative professional passionate about building strong organizational systems and supporting mission-driven work.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, audit prep, and compliance.
    • Oversee the full financial cycle (AP/AR, monthly close, financial reporting).
    • Collaborate on grant budgeting and reporting (City, State, Federal).
    • Manage IT, insurance, facilities, and vendor relationships.
    • Supervise HR functions including benefits, compliance, and performance reviews.
    • Directly supervise one to two staff members.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required.
    • 7–10 years of nonprofit finance and operations experience.
    • Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and donor management systems.
    • Strong communicator, team-oriented, and highly organized.
