Description
Financial Management
- Enter, reconcile, and report financial data related to grants and operational budgets
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Track expenditures, invoices, and receivables
- Support audits and grant compliance documentation
- Help develop and monitor program budgets in alignment with goals
- Collaborate with leadership and external accountants
Data Management & Analysis
- Maintain accurate data tracking systems
- Collect, clean, and analyze financial and programmatic data
- Create dashboards, visuals, and reports for leadership and funders
- Assist in implementing data collection tools and processes
- Train staff on data tracking tools and best practices
Collaboration & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with funder, grant, and nonprofit regulations
- Support grant writing and fundraising with accurate financials and impact metrics
- Help streamline workflows for improved efficiency
- Protect data security and confidentiality at all times
Financial Management
