    Description

    Financial Management

    • Enter, reconcile, and report financial data related to grants and operational budgets
    • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
    • Track expenditures, invoices, and receivables
    • Support audits and grant compliance documentation
    • Help develop and monitor program budgets in alignment with goals
    • Collaborate with leadership and external accountants

    Data Management & Analysis

    • Maintain accurate data tracking systems
    • Collect, clean, and analyze financial and programmatic data
    • Create dashboards, visuals, and reports for leadership and funders
    • Assist in implementing data collection tools and processes
    • Train staff on data tracking tools and best practices

    Collaboration & Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with funder, grant, and nonprofit regulations
    • Support grant writing and fundraising with accurate financials and impact metrics
    • Help streamline workflows for improved efficiency
    • Protect data security and confidentiality at all times
